Spring Break

I'm planning a trip to Culebra that will coincide with spring break. A previous post stated that students from Puerto Rico invade the island during this time of year. We wanted to visit because it seems like a very quiet and isolated island, but are concerned now that it will be packed with kids going for spring break. Has anybody visited during this time? What was it like? Thanks!
