We will be returning to Culebra after 3 years, cant wait to be back, hang out on Flamecno and have a drink at Dinghy Dock...
we are leaving on Saturday the 23rd, and although we're flying in, we are thinkin of taking the ferry / public transport back to San Juan.
Whats the best way to get from Fajardo to San Juan? If the answer is by publico, do we need to book this in advance? Is anyone out there interested in sharing a publico?
