Scattered Showers during our stay?

Hi,

My family will be in Culebra 2/17-19. I looked on weather.com, it says my stay there will be mostly scattered showers, 30% precip. We would be so bummed if it rained lots. Should we be worried? What does scattered showers mean in Puerto Rico?
