Water Taxi to Vieques

Does anyone know if Vieques can be reached by water taxi?
I'm trying to get out there to the bio-bay on a weekend day when the ferry doesnt run and I'm not able to spend the night...

My husband and I would be very interested in doing this BioBay tour on Saturday, March 20th. We're staying at Mamacita's so we'll be right there anyway. Is there anyone else on this forum who will be on Culebra then and would like to join us, to make the 4-passenger minimum??? please?

Please do not misunderstand my interjection, but do you understand that the bio-bay is best visited at night to see the illuminescence?

I think that is understood. I think Rebby is looking for a way to see the bay (at night) without having to spend the night on Vieques, since all of the flights and ferries are during the day. Sounds like the water taxi 4:30p-11pm trip makes that a possibility.
