Hi Everyone,

My husband and i are looking at Club Seaborne. We are arriving in July and staying for one week. We wanted to see which villa to recommend I know they have private and one bedroom ones. Any info would be greatly appreciated.
We aren't resorty type people but we do like the seclusion factor. if you can recommend another place that accommodates this we would like to hear about it.

Can you also give me a round about of how far flamenco is from Club Seaborne (I know where Flamenco is in relation to Carlos Rosario to the AIrport to Mamacitas to the Ferry Dock)

Thanks and I am letting the countdown begin.

Gina and Sal

G & S,

Culebra is a small island so nothing is a very long distance from anything else, but Seabourne is significantly more than a casual walk from Flamenco. For seclusion, it might be a good idea to look into one of the villa/cottages out near Zoni or elsewhere. Check with the rental listings under "Shelter".

No, I don't live there; I've visited annually since 1995. I've not tried to stay in a secluded place, so don't take this as a recommendation for seclusion. I've stayed at Posada most often, followed by a cottage rental called La Casita in Dewey (no longer for rent), Mamacita's, Villa Boheme, Casita Tropical, Palmetto, and with friends. I enjoyed each place for different reasons and all of them for the people I met.

Hey Doug,

I guess the thought of seclusion came from the images we saw of Club Seaborne. I enjoy meeting and hanging out with locals and trying to live like them so I think that we might be better off if we stay in more of a guest house type of place instead of a larger scale hotel type place.

Thanks for all of your input!

Take care, Gina
