From San Juan airport (the last time I came in, at the end of Sept), the taxis (airport taxis, not taking the publico route, which IS cheap but takes a long time) wanted 80.00 to get to the ferry. Taking a taxi to Isla Grande and flying home cost a little less than 70.00. Not a difficult decision for me.
