how small?

a friend has rented Villa Melones (3 BR now I hear) a coupla times, stunning setting on the cliff several hundred feet over the water looking out over Luis Pena with a huge covered deck.

that with one of the few caterers available or a point person to round up nibbles and sunset is frickin' gorgeous.

This has been discussed before on this forum.

A wedding that size is a big wedding, in terms of finding places for people to stay, meals and transportation.

IThere are wedding planners on Culebra - their contact info is at http://www.islaculebra.com/puerto-rico/culebra-wedding.html. I would definitely talk this over with them before finalizing your plans. Culebra is not well equipped for that large a group.

Try searching the forum for weddings to review earlier discussions on the topic.

Good luck,
Doug

sorry, 100 or even 50 is too big for that place (Melones). by small I was thinking 20 at most.

Given that size I'd consider getting creative and chartering a ferry for after-hours service. Actually that could be cool, a wedding cruise from Fajardo and back and guest accommodations would be so much easier - on either end depending on preferences.

and really at that scale you can prob. just rent an entire island in the Bahamas.

but (and I mean it sincerely) good luck!

and I'm sorry I was no help.
