Camping at Flamenco
Culebra, Puerto Rico

Im planning a trip to Culebra in the middle of July '07, with friends. I've been there once before and stayed in a guesthouse, however, this time around i would like to camp. Any tips, suggestions on what to bring and not to bring? This will be our first time camping.

I wil go to Flamenco Beach Campground next month (second week of May).

Last year, I never see many incects at Flamenco beach, but I was not camp there. This year it will be the first time.

They have many incects ? Red Ants ?

Which is your opinion on the subject? Is it pleasant to camp there?

It's one of the most beautifull beach that I seen. Your incect replellent disturb me a little bit and I reconsider my choice to bring my Camp stuff by airplane.

I love Culebra, I don't need a bad experience.

Bruno

there are not that many iscets, there are more of them in town, then on the beach. As people said before--you can buy the repellent in Culebra.
