What you said is 100% correct.
Boats are scheduled for all rentals confirmed through March 31, including Julia Huff's. We will continue to rent boats through April, if they are not sold. Boat renters for after March 31 have been told that boats may not be available, that we will inform them if and when that is the case, and that they will then receive a full refund.
Though Casa Ensenada Waterfront Guesthouse is for sale, we are operating it as an ongoing business. Future renters have been told that there might be a new owner during their rental period, that we will inform them if and when that occurs, and that they may then cancel and receive a full refund.
