Rates:

$130.00 per night for 2 people for a studio with car.
$8.00 for any additional person (not more than two additional persons per room).
If you decided not to use the car, you will get a discount of $50.00 per night.

5 nights $600.00
7 nights $900.00
10 nights $1,100.00
(These prices include a car).
All discounts will be adjusted upon departure.
A 50% deposit is required for your reservation.

Policies and Regulations:

Check in starting at 1:00 p.m.
Check out at 10:30 a.m.
No smoking inside the studios.
No pets allowed.
No BBQ inside the studios.
No more than 4 people in each studio.
Do not take any article from the studio out of it.
No parties or loud noises.

Must be 25 years of age or older to use the car and have a valid driver's license.

Cancellations must be done 7 days prior to your arrival day for a full refund minus a $50.00 administrative fee.
If you don’t cancel and don’t show up, we will keep your deposit.
