I don't believe the owners of Casa Ensenada are in the business of renting boats anymore, so strike that option. I have no first hand experience with either of your other options.

There is no longer any boat rental from Casa Ensenada. You can rent a kayak though ;) I don't know of anyone else renting boats, but I've been known to be wrong (shhhhh!) on occasion.
