This question has been asked before -- search the forum for previous answers. From what I have read there are no legal clothing-optional beaches, although there are a couple of remote beaches where you may not have any company. Resaca and Brava are harder to get to, requiring a hike, and while clothing-optional is definitely not my cup of tea I can tell you our group had Resaca to ourselves all day last spring.

The beach on the Atlantic side of Culebrita is nicknamed the "Nude Beach". The beach on the caribbean side of Culebrita is Tortuga Beach. Resaca and Brava are a hike w/ Brava less of a hike out but you will be the only people let alone the only nudists on either beach.

Also, if you hike to Brava you enter the mile long beach on the far East end. So if you hike to the West end and hang out there you will have plenty of heads up IF you see a person come to the beach while you are there. The Northernly swells there have no breakwater to calm them so during the winter the swells can be quite large and swimming is not recommended. No lifeguard or anyone else around if things go wrong.
