Culebra, Puerto Rico

Startegy X just came out with a press release, mentioning Culebra as '...Critical Infrastructure Identification for the municipality of Culebra ..' and stuff like '...making Puerto Rico more prepared to handle crisis events ..'

I would sure like to know what exactly they were doing in Culebra!

You can read the whole press release on their website, http://www.srgx.com/news/2006/pr_100206.html

What's your take on all this?

Enjoy Culebra!

Michael

Quick read. My guess is one of them typical training sessions the government pays for, kind of like back when they 'trained & certified' a couple people in waste management and the dump only seemed to get worse. In the article they don't specify who or what the training was; hopefully it was done right, as it is a very important subject, plus your mpney paying for it.

Yup our tax money being paid to private contractors for homeland security - am not sure I would not prefer a governmental agency. At least they get voted into office!

Enjoy Culebra!
