Good luck with your first and only surf shop! as most people know, surfing only exists when a storm passes close enough to create surfable waves.

For surf wax, board shorts and shirts you can visit OnIsland on the ferry dock and check out Culebrense Water Toys, the Beach House above dingy dock and Tent City at Flamenco, and rent beach gear of all sorts. Enjoy the nature of Culebra!
