Also check out Costa Bonita Resort. Very nice and good price. Very peaceful and quiet. I loved my stay there and would stay there my next trip to Culebra.

casa robinson also looks promising. not sure about proximity to beach, there are not a lot of lodging choices near the beach. i wish i could be more helpful.

Casa Robinson is really nice and clean and the view is excelent costa bonita is beatiful and it as a huge pool.

To move around it best that you rent a Jeep or a scooter culebra is small but the distance of each beach is a longggggggggg walk believe me!!!!

the best place to stay is villa flamenco beach, two steps and your on the best beach on the island, its a small pink building it only has 6 units,2 have balconies, free sun chairs/beds/umbrellas for you to use,bar-b-q,hamocks and dont be mistaken by the big building before it,that place is noisey, kids screeming dogs and cats with fleas everywhere.
villa flimenco beach make sure you speak to John hes an old guy that looks over the place for his son, super nice guy,he told us where the best places are to eat,me and my wife went there for honeymoon it was perfect!
have fun.
Graham

I disagree about the "big building" with the "screaming" kids and "cats with fleas" also known as Culebra Beach Villas. We booked the top floor of the multi level wooden house last year and it had one of the most amazing views you can get to the beach. It was had for a reasonable price. We did not have to deal with noise at all, it was quite peaceful. The waves drowned out the major part of the noise from outside. There are multiple units and each unit is owned by different people so that is where you have bargaining power.
