casa robinson v. harbour view villas
Culebra, Puerto Rico

Hi! There are two of us coming to Culebra for two nights and we are trying to decide between staying at harbour view villas and casa Robinson. While we can find some (although not many) reviews of harbour view, we haven't found much about casa Robinson. Their website boasts beautiful views, however it seems a little far from Dewey/restaurants/publicos. We are also confused as to if we should rent a car so we can get to places other than carlos Rosario and flamenco, like zoni -- or if it is worth it to get to places other than those two beaches. Do you have any advice? Thank you!

Casa Robinson is going to be much more modern than Harbour View Villas. HVV - kitchens are outdoors - kind of hard to explain, but it's very rustic. You will need a car or scooter at either of these two places. What you need to realize is that Culebra is small, and most everything is within walking distance if you are willing to walk 20 minutes or so. You can get to town from CR within 20 minutes at my estimate, and within 10 minutes from HVV, but neither are within walking distance of Flamenco Beach, Carlos Rosario or Zoni. HVV is within walking distance (10 minutes) of Playa Melones. Hope this helps.

Happy Diving!
Debbie
