Juan please post your comments again in English this time for all to understand. I plan on returning to CUlebra in February and if you want my business as well as all of the other people who clearly use this forum regularly, you will give us the chance to hear and understand your side. As I stated in my previous post my experience with your restaurant wasn't a totally negative one. However I was there with only one other person and both times were for lunch.

In fairness to Mamacita's, there are very few places to eat in Culebra and the locals really could care less about business, tourists and quite frankly working in general. With very few restaurants to go to on the island, I'm sure it can get very busy and sometimes everything isn't perfect. Understand this is not a resort town. Service is not a priority Thinking of excuses not work and collecting a check from the US gov't is the only priority the majority of these people have. (sorry, can't sugarcoat the truth, try to build a house there, it will take close to 3 years)

Got to Culebra for nature, the incredible beaches, oceanlife, etc. Just don't go for a long time. I went for a week and will not do that again. My next visit will be for 3-4 days only. A human being can only go so long w/o real food!
