this web site suggests that you can pitch 'your own tent for $20'. I assume that is per night not per sight....am I wrong?
I was speaking to friends who had been to vieques (but not culebra) and were warning me about theft. They were saying that the people there are wonderful and you are never in personal danger but your things are. Assuming this is true, ( as it has been every other place I have travelled) I wanted to know if the campground had lockers or a front desk that keeps valuables etc. while we are swimming at the beach. If not, is there a place on the island where things are kept safe?
can't wait to be there.
