Early Ride to Airport

So my next dilemma... How to get back to the airport on Saturday early morning?
Our flight leaves at 7:15 am. Since it is so early, we have to return our jeep on Friday afternoon. Will we be able to arrange a publico to pick us up from the hotel? Any recommendations?

Ended up booking at Costa Bonita as they are running a special for a good price.

One would think they could... But, I'm not getting the warm fuzzy feeling in talking with their reservation agents.
We've cancelled our reservation and we are going to stay at Palmetto Guest House instead. Closer to the airport and, MUCH MUCH nicer, friendlier people to deal with! =)
