I don't think Martiza's guest house would have a problem with a gay couple staying there. After you pay her for your visit, you probably won't see her unless you go to Mamacita's for lunch (Maritza works there for the lunch crowd). Maritza never bothers anyone when they stay at her guest houses. She comes in and cleans while you're there, but I don't recall seeing her the entire week we were there! Ya gotta love the privacy!
