Just so you know before you go, the old man that used to sell fresh fruit and vegetables (across from the grocery store in town) went bankrupt. Got from a reliable source (an islander that's lived there for over 40 years) that the old man invested in horses, and went bankrupt.

The Milka grocery store is very nice with nice meat, frozen food, etc., but the refrigerated vegetables are HIGH ($2.27 for one green pepper)!
