" The new cargo ferry left Culebra this afternoon, but did not show up in Fajardo on time. Two of the four engines are malfunctioning causing the ferry to be delayed. They are going use the Vieques cargo to bring the 4p people back to Culebra. This should depart Fajardo around 8p. They said the cargo is cancelled indefinitely. I would call ahead if you have Cargo reservations in the next several days! "
