Please do not call Rolando's cell phone, it is his personal phone (not provided by DNER) and he can't answer all the calls that will come in. He has not requested that people call him, I don't know where this information came from. Because of this and another such post elsewhere, we are offering to help DNER field the calls. Beginning 14 February, people can call our office and leave a message which will be forwarded to DNER. Thank you
