I'll stay at Culebra Beach Villas for a week at the end of januaryand I was happy to read about your good experience.
My intention is not to rent a car (I prefere walking or biking, or taking a cab/taxi) but your description of the road and the unreability of cabs are making change my idea. Is the road so bad? On your opininion is it possible to walk the night after dinner, or to walk before dinner and come back to Flamenco beach by cab?
Which are the days when the restaurant is closed?
