I did spend my honeymoon there and wouldn't spend much money on a hotel. We didn't spend much time there anyways. We stayed at Posada La Hamaca and enjoyed our cozy stay there. I do know that with as many beaches there are there just wasn't enough time to see all of the island. I am planning to go back there in April with our children and I think they are not all that interested in the place to stay as in what to do next.
