Why is it not good for tourists? I realize it leaves Vieques @ 6AM and we plan to be on it. What's the deal? I'm not a high maintenance person who needs deluxe accomodations and surely don't plan to fly back and forth to get to these islands. My understanding is it only runs mid-week and once a day in each direction, mainly to convey workers from Vieques to Culebra.
