Thank you for this informative message. We are arriving in Culebra next week and everything we read gets us more pumped up. We will be staying at Mamacitas and we hope it isn't too loud but then we should be out and at the beaches most of the time.
It appears that there is one liquor store, are there any decent wines sold? What about Vodka?
