My brother went down after Irma to check on his boat, and now is stuck there. Does anyone know of a way off the island? Is the ferry running? If it is, are the roads clear to get from Fajardo to SJU airport? He is going to the other side of the island and borrowing peoples phones that have AT&T. Is there a way to get from Culebra to St. Thomas?
