Does anyone know if this action will also shut down camping at Playa Flamenco? I was planning on visiting the island during the 3rd week of September and would much rather explore the other beaches in Culebra this visit. Otherwise, I may have to camp at Sun Bay (but its on my 2nd favorite island in PR).
