We sent it to the caretaker for our villa. She had us mail it to her post office box. She retrieved it and had it at the villa when we arrived. I bet you could send one to the Culebra post office addressed to yourself and retieve it when you arrive. We sent it priority mail and it arrived in a few days. Hope this helps. Have fun!
