Returning after 6 yrs with twins
Culebra, Puerto Rico

The last time we were in Culebra Juanita Banana's was still at Harbor View (and Jennifer had just learned she was expecting), you could rent a VW Thing and my wife and I had flat abs. That was in 2009, a lot has changed. We're coming back and we're bringing our now 3yr old twins.

It's OK I don't expect anyone to remember us.

Anyway, about the 3yr olds. I think I remember a playground at the school, does anyone know if it's open to the public? What about other playgrounds? For the most part they will both be thrilled just to be at the beach looking for shells, but what else do people recommend?

Thanks!

They finally finished a very nice playground right in town. You can't miss it.

We're here now, and yes the playground is open to all. We've been a few times.
The best time to go seems to be either early mornings or after 6pm when the local kids show up.
Play for an hour or so and then go next door to Coconuts for pizza and beer or cocktails. It's a great way to end a day with kids.
