We want to visit one or both of these islands while visiting Culebra.
We have previously visited Culebrita, and with the light house, and beaches, it was beautiful. But we didn't visit Luis Peña last time, and wonder if we should this time?
If you could only visit one of these islands, which one would you pick?
Or would you make the effort to visit them both?
We've got time, and can earn the extra bucks to afford both, if we have too.
