Phone Number for Ferry

Hello I am traveling to San Juan this friday and I have been trying to get a hold of the ferry to book 2 tickets for saturday morning from fajardo to culebra for 9 am. I tried all those number 3 are disconnected and the other one no one ever answers. Is there another number I can try or I am better off booking online since I can not guarantee anything. Also if I book online is that confirmed or do I still have to talk to someone. Thank you someone please let me know. I am looking forward to coming to the island just want to get everything all set.
