Hello everybody. I just came back from an amazing trip to Puerto Rico that included Culebra.
I had the chance to meet a taxi driver from Fajardo that would actually agree to take you to and from San juan int airport for a fee of 65-70 $(depending on the time of the trip) instead of 85-90$ that would be charged by regular taxi driver.
his name is Al. he is a very nice guy that you can trust (i forgot my backpack with him and he returned it the second morning and only asked for a small fee that will cover the trip from the airport to my hotel).
