As for taxi's "Publicos" they are going back and forth to Flamenco and town all day and evening from about 8:30am to about 9:00pm. You can get the phone number of a drive and they will pick you up when you call, whether in town or at Flamenco. Cost is $3 each, each way.
There have been times I've been stuck at Flamenco or in town at night without a ride, so I've walked it many times (I keep a headlamp with me). Its only about a 2 mile distance and takes about 35 min.
