Water Taxi

I need a water taxi to pick us up from Culebra Island Villas at sunrise and drop us off at Dakity until mid day sometime while we fish. It's a very short distance and it really is about a 10 minute task (it's a 1/2 mile trip and both are in Ensenada Honda). I haven't had any luck getting in touch with water taxis. Does anybody have any suggestions for a water taxi? There will be four of us. How much should something like this cost?
