best phone carrier???

I am coming to culebra to do some camping and want to have a phone with me, just in case of an emergency and also to check up on home at night. Dont really want to bring my iPhone so i am thinking of just getting a no-contract phone and buy some minutes. Which carrier has the best service on the island?
