Both have a selection of houses in different price ranges in different areas of the island.
As far as food goes, we used to bring a lot of our own, but it's not at all necessary anymore. Milka, El Eden, Mayra and Costa del Sol all have a great selection. Just don't expect to find EVERYTHING you want.
