Studio #3 is one of the concrete units, it is closer to the parking lot (garden view?) but still a minute walk to the beach. I have seen it and it is in very good condition. It has its own porch with hammock and BBQ.
Studio 1-E is in the first floor of the large wood building. It is closer to the beach, but not really "ocean view" (you can see the sand but no the water). It has a smaller balcony and you would have to use the communal BBQ close by. It is also in good condition.
You may also base your choice on on whether you like a more peaceful atmosphere (choose #3) or don't mind large groups of people (1E is in the large building and the units for large groups are there, so there is more noise/people movement).
