I'm arriving in San Juan on 5/12/11 at 3:20 pm. I need to get to Culebra relatively inexpensively but hopefully the same day. I have inquiries in at Air Flamenco and Vieques Air. Any chance the high speed ferry will be back in service by then? What other options do I have? I'm open to sharing a charter. My return flight is at 4:20 on 5/16/11. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks.
