So while we're camping for a week, are there any available outlets with which to charge phones? We don't plan to use them much, but we have a large group and will need to kind of keep in contact with each other.

You may need to purchase a solar powered charger and hope for lots of sun.

There used to be an electrical outlet on the fence on the left side of the entrance to the camping area. It would be right in front of the kiosk, if its still there. We asked the office to charge some batteries for us and they did it.

Search the forums, there are a lot of discussions concerning cell phone coverage. You may want to consider using some of those small walkie-talkies.
