Hi Vicki, the pictures you refer to show the flamingo at the pond behind Flamenco Beach. There is a dirt turnoff before you get to the beach where you can access, but I am not sure if you can take a car or jeep there, the turnoff is before the turnoff to the beach villas. Hope that helps!
