My wife and I booked a trip to Puerto Rico ( March 12-19 ) without fully investigating everything that could be done. I now know that we will be coming to Culebra and a half a day doesn't seem like enough time to me. We would like to camp on the beach, snorkel and explore the island. Here are some questions I have - we will be on a tight budget:
1) Where is the best place to camp on the beach?
2) Do you suggest that we rent bikes to get around the island?
3) Where can we rent snorkeling equiptment?
4) Where are the best places to snorkel directly from the beach?
