Milka isn't closed all day Sunday...they are open until 1. Also, Genesis is open until about 5 and Isla del Sol is open til mid-day as well. Actually, Cheli's - Superette Mayra, the one on the hill - is the only colmado closed all day Sunday.
Since I work part time at Susie's I can pretty much vouch that *outrageous* is a relative term for a wait for dinner...there isn't a restaurant on Culebra that sometimes won't have a long wait, but not as a norm.
This year finds the number of boats available for day sails and charters at an all time high. Ask around for information on options.
