I was on Flamenco August 11-13 and the kiosks were open. They were open at 10am when we arrived and closed at 6pm. Your traditional Puerto Rican kiosk--fried foods, meat on a stick, water & soft drinks. You cannot buy alcohol on the beach so bring your own (no glass containers).
