First trip July 13th for a week.

My girlfriend and I are planning our first trip to Culebra July 13, 2009. We are flying into San Juan from Atlanta, Ga. I am just having trouble choosing the place to stay. We would like to be pretty sucluded and close to beaches we can snorkel off from. We are both young and fit, so we are planning to bike as much as possible to beaches. What place would afford us closeness to the best snorkeling beaches? (and she needs airconditioning) Thanks' Terry and Brandy Is anyone else going to be there from July13th to 20th?
