Last year, I checked with FWS/NY by e-mail and looked in the printed FWS book of 2 years ago - came up empty handed.

Last year I was told to check with the Catholic Church by a downtown store lady but when I tried the church was closed.

In 3 years of camping for 3 weeks each time - I went meeting free. Take along some grapevines perhaps?
