Air Fare from Culebra to Isla Grande/San Juan

Does someone know who has the cheapest airfare and how much it usually is for one-way ticket from Culebra to either San Juan or Isla Grande? Round-trip does not work because we are going to Vieques for a few days first.

Isla Grande flights are the cheaper, because they avoid the gate tax SJU charges.

I believe Flamenco Air & Vieques Air Link are $55 one way from Culebra to Isla Grande or vise versa.
