Culebra needs progress

Many people in culebra complain about the problems that are occurring in the island of culebra regarding the crime that has been going on during the part four years. Culebra is an island were no crime was reported before, sorry my mistake under the same mayor that is in power right now 2 other crimes or deaths occurred when he one the first time as a mayor. Before this many mayors served the island and these crimes never occurred if it did very rear, so it is up to you if you want the same mayor in culebra that does not care about the crimes that are occurring or that dose not care how to help the economy in culebra.
