San Juan (Places to Stay)

My trip to Culebra is going to require an overnight stay in San Juan.

I have searched this forum for places to stay and have found a few possibilities (Hotel Milano or The Caleta), any reviews?

Any other suggestions on a place to stay in San Juan?

All I am looking for is clean and inexpensive. Walking distance to restaurants or other "entertainment" would be nice since or flight arrives at 5pm and we will be needing dinner and something to do for a couple of hours.

Any advice would be great! THANKS
